Because each piece is thoughtfully handmade and made specifically for you, all pottery purchases are considered final sale. We’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, ordering the wrong size or style, or other reasons unrelated to the condition of the piece.

We want you to feel confident in your purchase, so please take a moment to review the product details, dimensions, photos, and descriptions before placing your order. If you have any questions about a piece, we’re always happy to help before you purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We carefully package every order to help ensure your pottery arrives safely. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 of delivery at bettspottery@gmail.com.

Please include your order number and a few photos of the item and packaging so we can make things right.

Handmade Variations

Because every piece is handmade, slight variations in color, texture, glaze, shape, and size are natural and are part of what makes each piece unique. These variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or exchange.
